The Beyond retreat is an opportunity to further explore the systems you are in, such as family, social, working and cultural environments.
In this retreat, you will be introduced to a systemic approach in different processes to create new insights, learnings, and awareness to find harmony in life. Beyond is about embracing reality, unlearning of negative beliefs and discovering what is there to support you to sustain your own freedom while surrendering to what is there.
How it works
In the retreat, we provide an environment where you experience various dynamic work forms and methods (constellations, nature, visualisations, movement, etc), which you can integrate in your private and professional life. The systemic approach reveals hidden dynamics and resources in your systems by focusing on the relations between or with different subjects, elements, and people. You can learn about finding a connection with your own intuitive knowledge and working with it in these systemic processes.
There will be variety of methods introduced as nature, visualisations, rituals and body movement and constellations which offer a perspective from which to work, from which to listen to, from which to respond.
In Beyond you will participate in processes as individual, in couples and in groups. There you have a chance to see a living map of your potential, professional and organisational dynamics which can support you in creating positive shifts in them by:
- Being authentic while sustaining your relationships
- Developing your own intuition while being in harmony within your surroundings
- Having your own life path simultaneously keep connection with your family
What you can get out of the retreat:
- Develop your intuition and know how to use it
- Gain new perspective of the context you are living in and use its potential
- Get answers for unexplained symptoms, health issues, self-sabotage etc
- Discovering underlying family bonds and forces that have been carried unconsciously over several generations
- To break destructive familial patterns and set up a new course
- Bring awareness to hidden dynamics on an organisational level

The retreat takes place in the Olde Vechte Foundation community centre in Ommen, the Netherlands and is organized in and around the premises of the Olde Vechte Foundation.
You’ll stay in a shared (2-4 people) room with common toilets/showers located on every floor. There is Wi-Fi available and you will have access to the washing machine and a dryer.
The accommodation is located within a walking distance from Ommen city center (approx. 500 m). We will send you further information about how to get there and what to bring with you after your application form is approved.
As a foundation, Olde Vechte has its own training centre/community centre which enables us to keep our activities accessible to more people. During our trainings, the participant groups are taking care of the buildings and the cleanliness of their living spaces (such as cleaning their own dishes after meals). Besides the fact that it allows us to keep our participation fees low, it is also supportive for group processes - you have the chance to meet each other in another way, not just during the program.
