KA2 Erasmus+ Adult Education projects aim to bring together people from formal and non-formal education in order to work together. They exchange, develop and improve and create high-quality learning opportunities tailored to the needs of individual low-skilled or low-qualified adults so that they enhance their literacy. They also extend and develop the competencies of educators and other personnel who support adult learners, particularly in motivating adults to take part in learning and in effective teaching.
Our international projects are funded by the Dutch National Agency of the Erasmus+ programme by European Commission.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Erasmus+ is an EU's programme funded by the European Commision aiming to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Set to last until 2020, Erasmus+ doesn't just have opportunities for students. It offers exciting opportunities for EU students, trainees, apprentices, pupils, adult learners, young people, volunteers, professors, teachers, trainers, youth workers and professionals of organisations active in the education, training and youth sector.
Taking part in the programme helps you to develop personally and professionally; you will gain valuable international experience, broaden your horizons, experience new cultures and discover new ways of working. Erasmus+ is of particular benefit to young people who can learn new skills to improve their employability, acquire life skills, and develop their confidence.
Young people
Erasmus+ is open to all young people, not just those currently enrolled in education or training. With Erasmus+, you can volunteer across Europe and beyond or participate in a youth exchange abroad.
Youth workers
Erasmus+ supports the professional development of youth workers through training or networking periods abroad. Periods abroad can consist of training courses, study visits, job shadowing or observation periods at relevant organisations and more.
Staff (teaching)
With Erasmus+, opportunities are available to spend time teaching at an education institution abroad. These opportunities are available to both staff working in the education sector and to individuals working outside the sector invited to share their knowledge and experience.
